This project provides a Community Internet Communication Platform that can be accessed by community groups. It is a template web based structure which can be customized by each user group. The entire portal will sit on a professional industry standard content management system allowing each client / community association to continually and regularly update information and site content thus keeping sites fresh and relevant.

This will increase the availability of ICT services to a large number of rural communities; provide a platform for communication and co-operation within and among groups. It will provide a forum for interaction, co-operation and communication between communities who may otherwise have difficulty meeting due to the conflict of the past thirty years.

Each participation group will have access to easy to use, updateable, template-based web technology. People will be able to use the most up to date interactive web technology in an effective innovative and relevant manner.

This communication tool will provide participating groups with a means to exchange ideas, information and calendars with an immediacy not currently available to most groups.

Because it is updateable and interactive and there is no need to be knowledgeable in HTML programming skills. The project will demystify web technology thus allowing for refreshing, relevant and up to date content. By its very nature, it must be simple to use.
